A LUXURY E-COMMERCE AGENCY IN LONDON
Luxury does not survive a template. The brands that trade on taste lose the most in an ordinary store: flat imagery, generic grids, a checkout that feels like everyone else’s. We design and build luxury e-commerce for fashion, jewellery and design-led brands, from London, with offices in Cologne and Los Angeles.
We have built stores for Connolly, Fernando Jorge, Payal Khandwala and King & Tuckfield, and launched Camila Martin Barla from nothing. Different houses, one standard: the store has to live up to the product.
EXPENSIVE IS EASY. ELEVATED IS THE WORK.
Luxury e-commerce is restraint executed well. Fewer elements, chosen harder. Imagery that carries the price point before a word is read. Pages that load fast, because nothing says mass-market like waiting. And the quiet details that reassure someone spending properly: materials, sizing, provenance, returns handled without friction. At high order values, the details are the conversion strategy.
SELECTED LUXURY E-COMMERCE WORK
Connolly
Leather makers since 1878, from the seats of Parliament to a century as Rolls-Royce's exclusive supplier, sold from a single store in Mayfair. We designed and built the house's first transactional website, made to mirror the store and its editorial aesthetic rather than flatten it. The digital marketing that followed ran for two years and 81 campaigns, opening the brand to an international audience Mayfair could never reach.
Fernando Jorge
Fluid gold and Brazilian gemstones with a global following of private clients and international stockists. Following the brand's identity refresh, we re-platformed the store from WooCommerce to Shopify and redesigned the whole experience: an editorial layout that gives the campaign imagery room to work, and a backend the Fernando Jorge team can run themselves.
PAYAL KHANDWALA
Bold colour, painterly prints and pleated silks from Mumbai, with ambitions to become a global fashion house. We rebuilt the store on Shopify with multi-currency checkout, video woven through product pages to get closer to the cloth, and a fully flipped Arabic build for the brand's Middle Eastern audience. Splitting collections into Contemporary and Heritage opened the label to new markets without diluting the story.
King & Tuckfield
Long-term collaborators: we built the brand's first Shopify store in 2018 and returned to move it to Shopify 2.0. The new build carries the storytelling the label runs on, from material and care detail to editorial lookbooks, with the international reach a brand now worn by Donald Glover and Ryan Gosling needs. We produce their seasonal campaign films too.
Makette
Modular, Bauhaus-inspired design deserves a store built the same way. The Makette site is measured and architectural: a strict minimalist structure, sculptural product imagery, and storytelling placed exactly where it earns its keep. Nothing decorative, nothing loose. The store works the way the products do.
The London Sock Exchange
Not everything we build whispers. The London Sock Exchange makes fun, sustainable British socks, with collaborators from James Bond to the UK Underground. We designed and built the custom Shopify store in twelve weeks, then added subscriptions and gifting as the brand grew into the go-to for dad socks done right.
Sneak In Peace
The largest luxury sneaker website in the world, built around watch and shop. Sneak TV streams sneaker culture around the clock, and customers buy what they are watching without leaving the film. We designed and built the platform to hold both: a curated discovery archive on one side, a clean Shopify checkout on the other.
Camila Martin Barla
A new Swiss label, launched as a single piece of work: strategy, identity, art direction, campaign production and a bespoke Shopify build, followed by the paid campaigns that introduced it. Edition 01 is a non-seasonal, lingerie-led capsule, so the store is built around slow discovery rather than drops, with room to add Editions without rebuilding.
THE STORE SHOULD DESERVE THE PRODUCT
Luxury is one end of our fashion e-commerce work. The wider discipline, platform thinking and process live on our fashion e-commerce page, and if Shopify is the platform, see our Shopify experts. If the store has to live up to the product, we should talk.
